I am finally going to submit my RAP, and would like to know if there is any final tip before the submission.
Do i have to name my files in any specific format. and is there any need of table of contents in SLS

i would not have to keep them in the appendix if i have referenced them?

Well as i said my topic is on corporate governance, the graphs are on mainly comparison , gender diversity, audit fees comparison and so on, so should i just name the sheets as a,b,c , and refernece under the graph as source appendix 1 sheet a,

and my graph contains, label, heading, and legends

I have some general questions regarding the submission:
1: For the graphs i used in my RAP, do i have to save each of the details pertaining to the graph in separate excel file, or i can save it as separate sheets in one worksheet? as there is a limit of 8 appendix

2: The topic i chose was 17- corporate governance, in HSBC-2015. and for the RAP i have used annual report for HSBC 2014,2015,2016, and have used the annual report in so many cases, and been mentioning the page numbers in reference. So in the appendix, do i have to upload all the annual reports or do i have to start extracting the pages i used from each annual report?. and also i have used annual reports for comparators as well. Or do i just have to leave them in the reference list with the link i used to extract the pdf files?

3: And another question is about word count. I am on the RAP and the words in the pictures are not counted automatically, so do i have to count the words and numbers in the Graphs and tables separate and add them to the word count.

Hello trephena,
Regarding the SLS, since there are only 4 questions to be answered now, would i really need to show how i went through the rap, because i had chosen topic 8 for period 33 ,and because i failed to obtain the relevant data from the organisation i had intended to do on i had to change the topic to 17 as per my mentors guidance which was a good option to me. But the time was too little that i pushed it to May 17,
so do i have to mention this in my sls anywhere?

Very true.. Even after seeing and revising the past exam questions and the revision kit.. this exam was like totally too different from all the settings,
its like, u start doing thinking u r on right path and in the middle way u seem like no its all wrong… really a tough time.. the only number that seems easy was qn 4 and i couldnot even complete the npv table, just because of the tough time the other two questions gave

Hello madam Trephena, i would like to ask you , how can i reference a PDF file, for example am using the FRC codes 2016 for my rap-topic 17,
i accessed the file from http://www.frc.org.uk and the PDF file name is The UK Corporate Governance Code, so how can i bring this to my RAP as a reference both as citation and in the reference list

Good evening trephena.
In an earlier comment i mentioned, i would like to use HSBC, now what bothers me is that, its a group company, should i just use the HSBC UK or should i use the whole group, because on corporate governance page for HSBC, they mention details of the board composition as a group committee
And also on going through, i read that HSBC use UK codes plus Hong Kong stock exchange codes as well, so in my research do i really have to include the Hong Kong Stock exchange codes also,

and further more, i read in the HSBC website that due to the 2007 bank crisis, they had to make a structural change, something called ring fencing, would it be useful for my research under the topic, this is the link about ring fencing :

I would like to start my OBU RAP, and i am choosing corporate governance as the topic,
Would you please suggest me some good companies i can work on , because i am from uganda, and i could not choose any company from here as there is no proper corporate governance law here, My mentor suggested me i can use secondary information of some top UK companies for which information will be available online.
I have chosen HSBC as of now, would it be a good option, or i could choose any other,
please give me some suggestions,

Now Telecommunication can be network providers right or it necessarily have to mobile phone providers like APPLE samsung nokia and so
or Could it be like airtel, MTN,UTL as for uganda
????
