Dear Tutor,
Yes, my post relates to the APM exam. Sorry for the confusion but on the practice platform, section A questions usually contain 4-5 exhibits and then also 1-2 appendices. (One exhibit on the practice platform seem to correspond with one paragraph in the exam kit question / past exam questions.)
So you recommend reading all paragraphs/exhibits and appendices before starting to write down any answer?

Special thanks to the tax tutor. What initially looked like an insurmountable amount of information and rules all started to make sense after listening to your lectures and completing the suggested exercises.
It took me quite some time to go through the lectures, so I cannot imagine how much time goes into preparing and recording them. Thanks again & good luck to Aston Villa!
