    You had to anayze the conditions in Rotania using the diamond. Eg in terms of rivalry there were not many competitive co in rotania. Porter warns that this lack of competition could lead to inefficiency. There was also a demand for good engineering in rotania so if the company expaned there it would benefit. There was also factor conditions in terms of the labour and the growing economy. The role of govt was also important as they were keen on ensuring companies in rotania are environmentally friendly. There wasn’t much benefit to be gained with regards to supporting industries.
