Hi my main advice for all professional level papers is cover everything! Without doing this it may ruin your chances of passing.

I used to start 8 weeks before the exam by going through the Kaplan text book notes in conjunction with some of the open tuition lectures – writing notes for every topic and aiming to do the qs in the book or the open tuition qs. Then at around 4 weeks before the exam use An exam kit – i used Kaplan again and aim to answer at least 80% of the qs in the kit plus 1 or 2 ACCA specimen papers.

Any theoretical topics practice rewriting your notes from memory and talking the theory out to yourself.

In terms of exam technique – tone of answer and structure is key use neat headings and try to be as organized as you can and will to answer everything.
But my main advice as I mentioned is to cover the whole syllabus even if it’s reading a topic to be able
To write at least something! I found that exams such as Sbl and APM you can use business login to help you answer theory qs

For Q1 I got Foreign investment appraisal which wasn’t too bad some calculation parts were tricky but discussion parts were okay

    2) The question on the swaps and collars threw me off! So think I did poorly on this question

    3) reorganization question on a football club which I thought was fine, seems like the calculation parts were simple so feel like probably did them wrong

Overall there were a lot of of discursive parts
