I am stuck on this question as well. How do you arrive at 31 Dec 2012?

-Incorporated on 1 May 2010
-18 months after incorporation for the first AGM is 1 Nov 2011
-15 months after the first AGM is 1 Feb 2012 or 31 Jan 2012 (my answer)
