85% 1st time
Didn’t expect that at all but this is how I did it.
Highlight the book ( bpp ) and write out your own notes as you go along into one of those school sized note books. Not A4 paper.
Make your note book colourful.i had a different note book for each tax. use loads of different colour pens!Once you’ve got your set of notes write out your own revision cards from them notes. For those in the U.K they sell them in the pound shop. The size of the bpp pass cards. Write out your revision cards in the mind mapping technique and also make them colourful. Anyone watch that video from Acca about mind mapping revision technique ?
Print out all the technical articles from Acca. With the questions and answers. There was a lot of them! Highlight them and do the questions near the exam.
Do the practise and revision kit
Write down what you got wrong, and go back to your revision cards and see if you have the answer there, if not add it in and high light it.At the exam. You will need a different high lighter for each tax. So for question one the long one , as you read it , highlight eg income tax important stuff in yellow , corporation tax in red, etc.
I did go to classes , but this is what I would do at home.
