For the first 4 years it is 90000 per year but on the 5th year it is 100000.. can you please show me how to get the anwer using the annuity table? im a bit lost :/.. thanks in advance
thank you very much sir.. π
Thank you
thank you very much sir.. and for the inventory days formula, should we use opening + closing or just closing?
hello sir, this is a question from the f2 practice questions here.. I tried working it out but got the answer wrong. The workings available show that materials was to be divided by (12000 + 3000). i cannot understand where the 12000 came from..
Here is the workings and answer:
material cost = $51000/(12000+3000) = $3.40 p.u
conversion cost = $193170/(2000*40%) + 12000 + (3000*30%) = $14.10 p.u
Value of closing WIP = (3000*3.40) + (3000*30%*$14.10) = $ 22890
i was a bit lost cause i was learning on my own.. just 2 weeks ago i came to know about this site and since i have watched all your lectures and practiced the examples.. i’ve practiced nearly all mcqs from the kaplan kit and some of the structured questions.. im feeling confident about monday and that thanks to you mr moffat..
