Hmm, looks like all the papers were good, except FR. In professional papers all the papers were pretty challenging except SBL. Agree or Not Agree?

May god bless the people, who have attempted AFM since it was really an unfair exam…. Wish you all the best for your tomorrow’s results. Stay positive folks.

    Hi @aakmal

It is kindly advisable to take AA after passing your FR. Both inter-related to each other.

    Hi Everyone,

I happened to see that all the strategic professional papers (except APM and AAA) were challenging, specially AFM paper. Sometimes getting a tough paper is also a good sign as if you go through the following link, you’ll understand.
    https://www.accaglobal.com/in/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-results/how-we-process-your-results.html

In last September 2022, FM turns out to be a absolute tough paper. I was almost mentally prepared to sit for that paper again in this December attempt where, I attempted the exam for 85 marks only. However, on the result day, I was completely surprised to see that I’ve passed the paper that too with a good mark.

So, there’s nothing to worry about. You people have given your best effort in finishing this exam. Stay tuned as there is only 25 days left for your results… All the best of luck to everyone who wrote this paper…

We’ve been advised by ACCA themself to send the transcripts officially to them for assessing the modules we studied in our degree. You can also upload via MyACCA portal as well if you didn’t get any such mails to uploading the transcripts.

I’ll recommend you to sit for the paper Performance Management, as the best combo for FM is this paper only…

    Good afternoon sir,

Got the update from Acca. They informed me that it’s not possible to grant exemption for the paper AA after assessment. Now, I’ve decided not to forfeit the exemption for PM paper…

Thank you for your information and support…

    Hello Sir,

I got response from mail ACCA. First is they told me to send all the transcripts and certificates of my degree to make an assessment to ensure whether am I eligible for claiming exemption for AA. I’ve sent all of my transcripts and certificates and waiting for their response.

Secondly, they’ve also given me an option to choose to which exemption to be forfeited. If they accept to give exemption for AA, then I’ll forfeit my exemption in the paper PM.

Thank you for your response sir. And apologies for not informing that I have a degree which gives me exemptions from BT to TX exams. So is that now possible sir?

Don’t make a wrong decision by quiting ACCA. Now you’ll feel like giving up. However, when you become a member you’ll look back and tell yourself that it was worth of it.. And do mark my words: Failure are the essential part for ACCA journey. There are people who happen to clear the paper after 10 unsuccessful attempts. So don’t quit ACCA

Hard Exams in this September 2022:

    Applied Knowledge:

    F2: Management Accounting (MA)

    Applied Skills:

    F5: Performance Management (PM)
    F7: Financial Reporting (FR)
    F9: Financial Management (FM)

FM(F9) was more harder compared to other two exams, as the big yellow triangle doesn’t seems to be a good sign.

    Strategic Professional:

    P2: Strategic Business Reporting (SBR)
    P6: Advanced Taxation (ATX)
P7: Advanced Audit and Assurance (AAA)

ATX(P6) seems to be the most challenging exam, compared to all the ACCA Qualification exam. The big yellow triangle doesn’t seems to be a good sign.

Sir, but the question didn’t mention it has a ex-dividend closing share price. The dividend of 20X4 was already paid in 20X5 ($0.25). There was another dividend of $0.45 which was declared at end of 20X5 and not paid until following years. I am very confused with this question.

Thank you for your reply sir. I am currently at skill level now. So I’ve already studied PM in my UG programe.

I also studied some syllabus of the APM in my final year. We’ve been advised to give AFM and AAA as our optionals in professional exam. I am not willing to write AAA. So I’ve decided to sit for this paper instead of AAA.

Since I studied both PM and Advanced PM in my UG programe, can I sit for this exam sir?
