I got the impression that the exam was actually easy in theory, NOTHING technical, but so badly designed!!

Q3 – We had looked at Baldrige in my revision classes, I had studied it and the application of it, yet I could not understand what the question actually needed me to do nor where to get the ‘inspiration’ from? Like there wasn’t enough info to expand on…
