There is no need for bibliography, all the format u have above for ur submission is ok. I did the same thing. Goodluck

u can call OBU to let them aware of ur problem. otherwise u ask any IT guy around u about this

Thanks man, to conclude. so u mean i can summit as follow;

RAAP which include; introduction, information gathering and financial and business analysis plus bibliography and reference list on one file together.

Appendix: which includes financial data, ratios etc.. on another separate file.

SLS on another separate file as well.

I am correct with the above?

Thanks for ur reply, I am looking into PETRONAS. I got petronas data but looking for industry financial ratio from 2008 t0 2011 for industry comparison. but I have manage to average for oil majors like shell,chevron,bp, exxon mobil and conco philip to represent industry data. will that be ok? or do i still need to get overall industry ratio?
