I completely agree with the comment 4 above this one. Open tuition helped tremendously with my passing of F1. Very well presented lectures and concise where it needed to be.
I would make a comment on the time element of the exam. First time round, I felt I had the required knowledge to pass, however I simply took too long in answering and subsequently failed through not finishing.
I therefore aimed to complete each question in under 1 minute throughout all practice questions / mock exams. On exam day, it felt like I was rushing, however this approach did give me a spare 10 minutes at the end which I could double check a few of the ‘flagged’ questions. I think that a target of a minute worked well, as for this exam you don’t have time re-think your answers.
