Yes i got that transfer pricing ques. I had no idea of solving that sum. And yes the ABC had distractors. I had to read the question thrice to get a clear idea.
It is not multiplied by the root of 3 but to the power of 3.
You can get the answer by 42*0.8*0.8*0.8 in the calculator (=21.504 hours).
Rest of your calculation is correct.
