First attempt was 35 which was June 2024 sitting. However, this time I passed with 60%. My strategy was solving a lot of questions. Not only that, when I looked at the answer, I try to understand why that was the answer and imagine myself in the audit field an do how that would have been used.
I feel my heart is about to fall out of my chest. I’m really hoping I pass AA. I hope what I did is just enough for that 50%. Good luck to everyone. Can’t wait for good news!!!

Section A was very tricky. Can’t really tell what I would get from there and had some questions on substantive procedures and corporate governance I think. However, the section B was quite better. The first one was on components of internal audit, control deficiency and direct controls then, substantive procedures for inventory, revaluation and I think purchases and expenses or so. Then the last question was on difference between performance materiality and materiality, calculating ratios for operating profit and payables collection period then audit risk.
My only fear is I didn’t explain enough and the way time ran out was so surprising. Hoping I and everyone here did enough for the pass mark though.Whew!!!
Passed with 51%. I was so so worried because of the section a and b that was tough. Congratulations to everyone who passed and those who failed don’t worry. Put in more hard work. You’ve got this.I also had CVP and performance measurement of a hospital for section C. I was able to get by and got the weighted average as 0.571 or so. But when it came to section b that was a disaster for me. I stumbled on throughput and on the rolling budget aspect but I think the risk and uncertainty with decision trees I was able to get by. I’m just hoping what i have done is enough to get me the 50%….
Passed with 55% on the first attempt. Super super grateful and best of luck to everyone in their ACCA journey. Never give up is my new motto!!!!:)

I sat FM in September and so much time, effort and resources went into it honestly. Really hoping I have done enough for a pass.Anyways good luck everyone. Fingers crossed.
Hi everyone. It is really so surprising how fast the days have gone by and all too soon in just a few days we would know our stand. I really am nervous and I hope I’m not the only one. For my exam like this, I got npv. It was a bit confusing as I saw 3 million as the amount for fixed costs and there was something about net assets. Then for the theory part I had something about the concerning discounted cashflow methods or so.
I also had working capital which was pretty straightforward. There was the financial statement of the firm of two different years and was asked to see if the company is over or under trading using relevant working capital ratios. I calculated the quick ratio, current asset ratio, receivables, payables and inventory for the two years provided and then, gave comments under each as well as a general comment that they were overtrading due to rapid increase in sales etc. I still feel I should have indicated the net working capital (Inventory+Receivables-Payables) for the years and commented but time wasn’t really on my time and I was a bit under pressure. I hope what I did was correct though.
I don’t remember the theory aspect under working capital though and would be glad if someone could share please.
As for Section A and B, some were very tricky. I faced a lot of challenge with the section b especially and hope it doesn’t affect me.

Please I want to know if anyone is having difficulties seeing their ACCA results from their account. I just wrote one and have to wait 72 hours for it to be uploaded to myAcca account. Please did anybody here see theirs after 72 hours or there was a problem.
