Just as a heads up (and not sure if it will work this sitting) Circa midnight 6th of Feb the ERS showed me and a couple of others who were logged on at the time our actual results. So a day early for about an hour.
Should this repeat, results may be visible tonight.
Good luck folks.
July 25, 2015 at 8:55 pm #262012Third time lucky charm did it for me, and I encountered the same agony with these links.
When I got that grey and white page (espcially after the delay compared to others), I was over the moon, so I know how you must be feeling.
If memory serves me, success was the outcome for those with this background (and some only got this a couple of days before the results).
July 25, 2015 at 8:43 pm #262006David – I’m good man, and being qualified has been such a relief. In a weird way though part of me misses the pressured environment of exams and the post exams anxiety in the form of the Opentuition community.
What paper you waiting on? And whats the indication?
July 25, 2015 at 8:36 pm #261998On the note of ACCA taking actions…….these are generic emails that have been going around for quite a while. I know for sure people have been accessing these links for at least 5-6 sittings and haven’t come across a single person who has been reprimanded.
That said I’m merely stating the facts and in no way encouraging/condoning unethical behavior. In other words logging into your account to see if you’ve passed; what a heinous crime, lock them all up and throw away the key! 🙂
July 25, 2015 at 8:22 pm #261992The white and grey background is the members/affiliate page so anyone getting this, this is a good sign.
Anyone not, don’t be disheartened as I only got this about two days after first reported last time, and some were concluding this was because results were being loaded in batches (i.e geographical locations).
This said what I would suggest if you are really keen, be alert and check in from time to time, as last sitting I (along with a few others who were logged on at the time) got results more than a day early. This was visible only for about an hour on the results page and ACCA took it down after.
Good luck everyone!
June 2, 2015 at 11:32 pm #252222Hey guys, sounds like P7 alright. Anyone with a copy of the paper?
I did P7 3 times, it was the only problem paper I had, but I got across the line third attempt. If this paper is anything, it’s unpredictable. I felt the following emotions after each attempt:
1. Felt terrible, time pressured- finished only75-80%. Got 46% – to my surprise
2. Felt too confident – finished with about 10min left . Got 41% – to my surprise
3. Felt borderline, P1 was lucky with business risk, so thought I’d scrape it. Got 62% – to my surpriseSo if your not feeling too confident, there’s still hope. Good luck guys.
February 10, 2015 at 9:01 pm #227728Wow I didn’t realise that the F papers had such pass rates! I got exempted from them with my degree and always thought they were of equivalent difficulty..
Also P6 which I thought was a breeze has a lower pass rate than P7, this surprises me.
I guess it goes to show how unique we are as individuals. What is easy for you is a struggle for others and vise versa.
February 10, 2015 at 8:56 pm #227727Easiest paper p1 & p6.
Hardest paper p7
February 9, 2015 at 10:54 pm #227470I’m with adam on this one. Your definitely underpaid for your experience. You ought to be at least circa £40k with 5 years experience. Then again your in practice and I’m talking industry.
I’m not sure about your locality but I get contacted daily with propositions, so my assessment is the jobs market is vibrant.
And although I have a couple of fortune500 companies on my cv, I only have 4 years experience and most offers are in excess of £40k

February 7, 2015 at 10:13 pm #225909@ilhan I made that same oath not to sit another exam post graduating. That lasted 6 months!
I intend to be true to my word this time out!
I would definitely agree that acca exams are the hardest exams I’ve ever done and the only p level paper I’ve enjoyed is adv tax.
Although I’ve hated it immensely I definitely am looking forward to being indoctrinated into the mob.lol.
Although the papers have made me very technically competent I feel common sense and excel is more valuable in my line of work as a financial analyst.
February 7, 2015 at 9:53 pm #225900@ Marsha were u online last night?
February 7, 2015 at 9:48 pm #225898Out of curiosity, is anyone feeling confident of passing?
I ask as this is a feeling ive never had with ACCA.
In comparison to other exams you’ve done in the past, how would you assess Acca in terms of difficulty?
