Passed with 58% in 3rd attempt (previous 2 were on the borderline).
Please do not give up!!! It is all possible with consistent work and good advise. To those who lost hope (I remember I was in the same position 3 months ago) I would recommend to try a different approach. Opentuition is really great for content, but you need to have someone who will look at your writing style and technique!
I have used APM tutor Mustafa Muchala from FME as recommended by other student, who checked and discussed my answers multiple times with honest feedback mostly on the exam technique which in this paper is critical. This way you can learn from your mistakes, as it is hard to know exactly what went wrong during real exam.

October 19, 2021 at 9:34 pm #638547Mr Gareth and Rishijain,
Brilliant OT helped me to go through all my exams (2 left). Thank you! And I hope APM is already behind Rishijain.
At the moment I am searching through the posts relating to APM retakes, trying to find some guidance for myself.
December will be my 3rd attempt after 49% twice. I would like to know what to focus on in order to avoid mistakes I did which led me to failure, but the problem is that I have no idea what went wrong. I did on my computer most of the past papers, went through them multiple times…Are there possibly any statistics provided by ACCA or OT about what is the most common reason for marginal failing?
Thank you.
October 19, 2021 at 8:52 am #638428I have failed in my 2nd attempt with exactly the same marginal pass of 49% (although great time pressure, I have managed to answer all questions!) and I am puzzled on what to focus on in my preparations in order to pass.
