i think you have a bill meaning your application is successful already.you can draw an email to them also.

i applied on 20.07.2020 and got email on 26 for acceptantce. Already paid for the admission fee but the status still affiliate.But in the acceptance email, they did state that it takes five working days to transfer to member status.
