    I am doing this question and i do not understand why the $20000 was deducted from the $220000 to get the opening balance? can you explain why i thought because it was an immediate deposit payment it was to be added to the cost. Unless if it formed part f the $220000. kindly explain.

    Good day, what I don’t understand about this question is why are we calculatin for the beyond the financial year 30 April 2008? I did the opposite of the answer and I can’t seem to understand why it was calculated the way you did it.Can you further explain please.

    Good day sir, In Regards to the calculation. I have a hard time understanding why the 2 hours overtime was included in the basic calculation when the rate was 50% of the basic which is $1.80. My question is why was the 2 hrs included in the basic calculation and not treated separate from the beginning ? ie 36hr *3.60 + 2hr*1.80
