but kaplan text has included the text relief on issue cost as part of apv……….i m curious which one is appropriate…….as my mind says that it should b included in apv as its relevant for apv……please expalin

the papaer had abt 40% theory….wth!….hoping for a 50% and i hoped a 90 before i sat… it wud be a shame if i got less than 50
