Well done, but do make sure that you buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. Our tests are just short quick checks after each chapter, but the Revision Kit is full of past exam and other exam standard questions for practice which is vital to passing the exam 馃檪

How a survey of customer satisfaction is not a performance measure in respect of quality for a railway company?

The survey itself is not a measure – it is the results from the survey that are the measure.
(I do stress this in the lecture. I assume you watched the lecture before attempting the test? 馃檪 )

Have you actually watched the free lectures? (because there is no point in attempting the test if you have not, and I am certainly not going to type out all my lectures!!)

As I explain in the lecture, effective is looking at how successful they are at whatever they are supposed to be doing. If patients return with the same problem then the hospital obviously did not do a good job the first time!

If the percentage of patients return with the same problem increased?it can mean the efficency is improved?can I understand this question 1 well.
