    Just wanted to say you’re an amazing lecturer who’s made P1 engaging and interesting by your humour and style of teaching. These lectures are very informative and easy to understand.

    I’m looking at BPP’s P1 Study text from Sep 2017 onward, they seem to deviate into different chapters after few chapters. Because I’m finding that I’m learning a lot better from you, I wanted to know if I can use all P1 lectures for March 2018 paper, or would the lectures be outdated now?

  2. Great Lecture. Thank you. I have a question, you said one of the roles for nomination committee is to determine appropriate packages for prospective ED, and the composition of those packages, is this not also one of the roles for the remuneration committee? If not, at what stage then does the remuneration committee take of the responsibilities of determining the rewards of EDs. Or is it that the nomination committee only set a benchmark of reward packages, eg they say the minimal package for a finance director is so much then the remuneration committee we decide of the final package.
