     Recognition is that your achievement and performance are recognised by your colleagues and boss. Eg a list of sale by sales person in descending order of value and you are near the top. Praise goes a little further and your boss says ‘Well done’.

   hi.. if the person has high valance + high expectation= foce? or does it need to be a resonable expectation.. neither high nor low in order to get the motivation force?
