    In the conflict with external stakeholder i.e government or local population management is responsible? if yes then how will management is going to fix that?

      Conflicts between stakeholders can often not be completely eradicated. The more powerful stakeholder usually wins most.

      For example, a government might tell a business that it must fit additional equipment in an old factory to reduce atmospheric pollution. The company says that if it is required to do this then it will close the factory instead, making local employees redundant. The government is unlikely to give way on pollution controls and the factory is likely to be closed if is is going to be unprofitable.

    hey opentuition, can you make the questions a bit more exam like. Maybe take some past exam questions and put them here topic wise. These questions are way too easy to prepare you for the real thing.
