Can there be executive directors in a BOD
yes.Infact they are the first priority. Directors are actually the executive directors and BOD is abbreviated from board of directors
executive directors are regular members of the BOD . The stake and management is mainly dependent on them. NEDs are hired externally for generally unbiased suggestions and external competitive advantage.
Does study IFAC and ACCA code of ethics help us how to behave with client and subordinates?
yes that is the main purpose why they are teaching us this.
