      Because the words used in the Ashridge model are:

      Tells, sells consults, joins with.

      See p81 of the notes, start of Chapter 11

      No. It can be the answer but since there is a proper order which says tells sells consults join, we can choose a best option so yeah ?

    In regard of question 3, which option denotes concern for group/group needs? Isn’t is concern for people? Please clarify my doubt!

      The three answers you want are: concern for the task, concern for individuals and concern for the group.

    Hi, in regards to question 4 where the answer is Handy – there is no mention of Handy in your AB lecture notes under Contingency Theories?

      I faced the same issue. I can’t remember where but Handy’s theory was somewhere not in this chapter but in earlier chapters

      Yes I was confused by this one too, I think it demonstrates that we have to think about this subject as a whole, rather than compartmentalise….
