When the auditors resign and the new auditors ask for information about the company, are the resigning auditors allowed to furnish any information without the client’s consent?
This thread is for comments on the lecture – please use the relevant forum to ask other questions.
For information about ACCA exams (there is no longer “F8” – it became AA nearly two years ago) I suggest you start with this page https://www.accaglobal.com/hk/en/student.html – you can navigate to exam dates using the link to exams on the left hand side
Yes – and nothing has changed in respect of this syllabus area for some time – so if you remember your knowledge of company law from LW/F4 this should be a quick revision.
Sir companies that are operating in different countries should follow the guidelines stated by IAASB or should they follow the guidelines stated under their concerned national legislation??
Trust me. Open tuition notes, lectures and a revision kit from either kaplan or BPP is enough to pass this exam well. i managed to get very good grades with this approach.
I am reading a material that says that on resignation, the auditors also need to send A written Notice & Statement of Circumstance to members and creditors of the company.
Are the rights & duties of an auditor examinable in a seperate question, if yes, can we write a general answer to it, as they are different in every jurisdiction, is it necessary to write in exam according to UK legislation?

Can anyone please guide me how to get rid off these ads ?

You can’t – it’s the same for tutors (its where OT’s revenue comes from in order to provide you and 000s of students every year with free resources).
