Merceh co Acquisition

Hello Sir,

I ahve seen from the instant poll from the people who eneterd the Mar-26 SBL exam that there was an acquision question.
It could be an acquisition of a digital puplisher .But the Question even the recommendation for aquisition is good to Mreceh co but what about getting ride of the physical printing press ,machineries,all that fixed cost which is burdening Merceh company and causing the operatin profit to drop.
Isn’t it that will be more of concern to be resolved more than thinking of acquisition.

What would be the justification for this acquisition ?
