Hello John,
Have you explained the rationale behind predicting forward rates from spot yield curve in any lecture? Why are we dividing this year’s spot with the previous. What’s the equation and analogy behind?No, there is no lecture.
It is not a common topic although it was relevant in one past question.
If you remind me of the date of the question then I will explain what they have done and why 🙂
