*** December 2024 ACCA APM exam – Instant Poll and comments ***

I didn’t find the paper easy at all. My question 1 was about a Company processing water and i practiced so much on past papers and from other resources and for me it was hard to identify Business risks and Risks of material misstatements. I identified some but it took me time. Also, Question 3 is supposed to be on completion stage and it pretty much wasn’t at all.

Feeling very detected after the exam yesterday.
Third time sitting it and most likely my worse result to come from it. I’ve worked very hard, I’ve practiced all the specimen papers, read up all the technical articles and just really really down after the exam because I don’t think the preparation was any adequate for the questions I got.
I passed the ACCA mock paper and it resembled more like the past papers than the actual exam I got.

Anyone else feeling the same? It’s my last exam to complete and I’m so heartbroken

Yup feeling the same. Passed one mock and failed my last one by 2% but really struggled with the paper yesterday. Also 3rd time sitting it. Done 2 exams last year self study and then stopped until now but I’ve been doing online classes since September

Hello, Are you sure it was ACCA APM Exam? If yes, what is exactly did you get in Q1, Q2,Q3?
Was Q1 EMA about Water consumption? In which country did you sit exam?

This was my seventh attempt at APM, having successfully passed all other ACCA exams. Previously, I struggled with poor time management and misalignment with examiners’ expectations, which resulted in scores in the range of 47-48. This time, I approached the exam with a clear strategy, ensured better time allocation, and attempted all questions. I am hopeful that these efforts will allow me to achieve the 50 marks required for success.
