Good day,
With regards to Cabreras question, I note that the test regarding probability would be paid for AND would take place at the beginning of the fourth year of operation. However in the answer, this costs was shown in the third year of operation. Can you kindly clarify this?

Please disregard, I recently came across your response on another post:
Time 0 is ‘now’. The start of the first year.
Time 1 is one year from now. The end of the first year / start of the second year.
Time 2 is two years from now. The end of the second year / start of the third year.
Time 3 is three years from now. The end of the third year / start of the fourth year.
