    Hi, I just requested my supervisor to sign for my working experience and performance objectives. My supervisor did not fill the date. Is it okay for me to fill in the same date for all the performance objectives?

    Can you not go back to your supervisor and ask him/her to date?

    I recommend to anyone reading this post that they ask their supervisor to sign off on each performance objective as they achieve it – this will certainly help if you change employment before completing PER.
