Went through an unexpected surgery and it took a big chunk out of my preparation time. Acca rejected my withdrawal request because I wasn’t hospitalized during the exam week.
The exam fee is worth a monthly paycheck for our family in the local currency so I can’t afford to lose it.
Please help me secure a pass, I’m familiar with the syllabus and concepts but will have to refresh everything.
should I just start solving questions aggressively and refresh everything on the way?
what area should I give more focus on?
Any tips and suggestions are appreciated!May 27, 2024 at 12:53 pm #706116Practice, practice, practice is the only way to succeed in ACCA exams. Your suggest just to attempt Qs and learn from mistakes as you go is the best at this stage.
There are 6 exams in the PM past exam library in the CBE Practice Platform. I suggest you have a proper “crack” at a few of them and as soon as you feel any degree of confidence, attempt the Pre-June 2024 Mock included in the Practice exams section.
Only when you have made a proper attempt at the Mock should you debrief it – this is how you will get the most out of the resource https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f5/PM-mock-exams.html
Then you can take forward “lessons learnt” from the Mock in attempting the other two practice exams and any other exams in the past exam library that you have time for.
Good luck!
