Sir I am preparing ma2 by doing self study
Sir I understand concepts better when I read Kaplan study text
But I am facing problems in which points should I learn from study text
The study text consist of at least 400 pages
I cant decide which line or points should I include in my notes like which points are important according to exam point of view

Not to learn it – it is there to help understanding.
Best it to have a Revision Kit and attempt all of the questions because they are the sort of questions that will appear in the exam.
