March 5, 2024 at 5:11 pm #702070It was pretty tough. Tax planning question was a mix of CGT & IHT. Luna and Moon ltd partnership was a little hard. How did you calculate Luna’s income tax?
March 5, 2024 at 5:34 pm #702076Think a part of it was rent a room relief then whatever her split was from the previous question. What was your Corp Tax question about ?
March 5, 2024 at 5:46 pm #702077Yes that’s it I got a corp tax for seven month period. Had to calculate the tax adjusted profits, corp tax liability and I think there was something about trading loss and capital loss.

March 6, 2024 at 12:07 pm #702166I think it was too much to complete in 3 hours. I was race against time.
April 11, 2024 at 8:38 pm #703824results are a few days away and i cannot help but wonder if i was the only one that did not notice a rate sheet? I did not see anything containing that information on exam day. First time writing taxation (and hopefully the last) so i am guessing i did not know where to check. So i just worked with the rates i studied with. Which are the ones for FA2022. I honestly hope I used the right rates.
