The New Companies Act in Zimbabwe permits incorporation of various type of companies. Discuss the consequences of incorporating a company. Refer to authority.
Sorry to crash the AA forum but two matters arise
1) Are you expecting the AA tutor to do your homework, and
2) Surely this is a law question rather than an auditing question
