Kenduri option hedge using 1.62 ex price v get no of contact 23.7, I have taken it has 24 and in kit they have taken it 23
If v take 23 or 24 the final answer should match ryt? But I got different answer – I got 1513432 and kit-1512888
As I explain in my free lectures it does not matter in the exam which way you round the number of contracts. Provided obviously your workings are clear you will still get full marks. (Obviously the final answer is different from the examiners answer, but this is often the case in Paper AFM question – it is not the final answer that gets the marks, it is the workings 🙂 )
