Please is standard cost the same as target cost, also is standard cost the same as budgeted cost.Please what really is standard cost?
Standard is sort of budget cost, standard costs are predetermined, estimated, expected, or forecasted costs that are used to plan or manage a manufacturing process.
Target costing is the method which a company sets the production cost by deducting the profit margin from the target selling price.
