Hello! I just wanted to know if there is a difference between accrued income and income in arrears and if we record accrued income as income in arrears in the FFA exam, would that be correct? Similarly for prepaid income, would it be alright to credit it as deferred income or income in advance?

That is all correct – they are different names for the same things and you can use either in the exam 🙂
