Hello
Please how can I resolve the exam booking issues. I keep getting the error message that there is an open registration, and I can’t create a new registration at present.
If you were to try and contact ACCA using the form here https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us (you don’t need to because I am copying and pasting the answer to this post), there is a message that states:
“If you are faced with an error message ‘there is an open registration for this exam’, note that you should wait for 24 hours, and this will clear.”
So please wait 24 hours – and if it hasn’t cleared by then, you need to contact ACCA directly.
