In MJ18 Adverane – question on Hedging strategy, please explain the calculation of total receipt in case of using future:
The answer is :
Receipt : $6.450.000/1.1210 = CHF 5.753.791
No of contract : CHF 5.753.791/125.000 = 46.03, say 46Can I calculate as below instead of :
No of contract : $6.450.000/1.1210/125.000 = 46.03, say 46
Receipt : 46* 125.000 = CHF 5.750.000Thank you
