In value for money which three E’s best describes it. “cost per successfully treat patient”
It’s answer is efficiency
But in your notes and your lecture being successful in what we are doing is define effectiveness
Is efficiency is right answer?

Measuring how many patients are treated successfully is a measure if effectiveness – how effective the treatment was in curing the patient.
However measuring how much it costs is a measure of efficiency – the lower the cost then the more efficiently they are working.
