I have trouble understanding the part (b) Other corporate matters.
It is asking to set out the matters which need to be considered in order to determine whether or not Forti Ltd group is a close company.
A close company is normally controlled by less than or equal to 5 companies.
Why did the answer divide the number of shareholders by ‘7 shareholders’?
