Hello
If list of references of 2 students are exactly same, means exactly same sources have been used by both students but both have written in their own words then do this also come in plagiarism? Does it creates any doubt to obu?
The question is why are they identical? Every student is supposed to do their own research and if they have done so then it is highly unlikely even if choosing the same company the lists would even be 70% then same. As for identical – well that means there must have been collusion or coping and yes it is a form of plagiarism.
So.someone must have put the list together and then shared it. Did your mentor give you the list and a template for the report for you to re-write? This would be totally against the University rules and it makes this very clear in the Information Pack
