Dear Sir,
I see your lecture in chapter 14 and do not understand how to calculate 1/e^0.18 = 0.8353.
What is e ? How to enter this formular in excel and in calculator?
Thanks
Sorry, I have just remembered the concept of e when I learned in high school so far. it is equal to 2,71828182846.
But I did not see the button delete of topic. Please ignore my question
No problem. However do appreciate that although it is important to understand how the formula is applied, you no longer have to actually do the calculations yourself because when needed you are given a special BSOP spreadsheet and all you need to do is enter the variables. The spreadsheet then calculates the formula for you 🙂
