Sir, Do we need to pay the labour for their leisure time, the time taken to have lunch or tea? If we do, Is it an overhead?

it depends on what the agreement is with the workers as to whether or not they are paid for the time taken having lunch etc..

If they are paid, then it is idle time, and I explain how idle time is dealt with in my free lectures.
