If Im doing 88 to 96% with the Mock Exam, can I attempt to write the final one and pass without the BPP study kit?

You are certainly allowed to do so, but it is best always to have attempted all of the questions in a Revision Kit from either BPP or from Kaplan (the two ACCA Approved Publishers).
