In your lectures, you have mentioned that we will take profits and subtract notional interest. Can you tell me exactly which profit should we take if PNL is given?
PBIT or PBT?

Unless obviously the question specifies otherwise, we take the PBIT (when appraising divisions, divisions do not pay tax or interest – it is the company overall that pays tax and interest).
