What do we mean by scepticism?
Activity
You receive a personal email which somehow escaped the spam filters operated by your ISP. It purports to come from an individual located in a far distant country who wants to offer you the opportunity to share in $500,000 which he needs to move out of his country urgently.
However, time is of the essence, so he needs you to provide your bank details in order to facilitate the transfer. He will then trust you to retain your 20% and transfer the remainder to him.
Would you disbelieve the email?
Would you be sceptical if you received this email?
Of course you would! But why?
Welcome to my forum and apologies for not replying sooner but I have been on vacation and did not see all posts during that time.
One of the points of completing the EPSM is that you try and articulate behaviours, etc. Just make a best effort at writing some relevant points and you will be able to see a suggested “answer”/activity feedback.
