Hi there all,
I’ve completed my International Advanced level’s from “Pearson Edexcel”
I got 3A*s in Accounting, Economics & Business Studies
These are exceptional results and I would like to know if I could be exempted from doing the first 3 Knowledge level exams at Acca (BT,MA&FA).Thank You!

Short answer – exemptions depend on course completion/graduation – how good the results doesn’t make any difference.
The ACCA exams Business and Technology (BT), Financial Accounting (FA) and Management Accounting (MA) are “broadly equivalent to HND level/ the first year of a degree”.
So you need to find out whether the course you did was HND level of first degree level – if the latter you will get exemption.
If you start by putting Pearson Edexcel into the exemptions calculator here https://www.accaglobal.com/ie/en/help/exemptions-calculator.html and find your course e.g. “HND BUSINESS (ACCOUNTING / ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE PATHWAY) / PEARSON BTEC LEVEL 5 HND BUS (ACC&FIN), FULL COURSE COMPLETION” will get exemptions from the first 4 exams but “HNC BUSINESS / PEARSON BTEC LEVEL 4 HNC DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS (QCF/RQF), FULL COURSE COMPLETION” gives exemption only to BT.
