2 days ago I booked my first Acca knowledge level exam(Business & technology)
but my registered e-mail id with my acca account and registered e-mail id with proctor u(invigilation software) is different.
will I face any kind of problem for starting the examination?
Am I have to link my proctor u account with my acca account?August 20, 2022 at 6:17 pm #663778Your question should be answered here. I don’t think there should be any problem sitting the exam per se but there may be a problem with communication/the result being transferred to your myACCA – as it says here:
“All exam information will be issued to you electronically using email and your myACCA. To ensure this reaches you safely please ensure your contact details are kept up-to-date.”
I think you should consider trying to change one of the email addresses to be consistent – whichever seems easier to do. You can contact ACCA directly here if it’s not apparent how to change your email address in myACCA https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html During working hours you may find a “chat” available on the proctorU site.
