sir , there are no lectures on beyond budgeting and activity based budgeting ? these are included in text book but there’s no lecture on them. also can we have calculation questions on rolling budget and zero based budgeting in the exam as these are covered in the text book but in lectures only theory is covered no questions involving numbers ?
May 28, 2022 at 7:41 am #656698Our notes and lectures go together and do include beyond budgeting.
Zero based budgeting is explained but it not relevant for calculations.
Rolling budgets are explained, and there is certainly no need for a lecture involving numbers given that exam questions simply need a combination of common sense and following the instructions given in the question.
Our notes and lectures are a complete free course and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well. If you are watching the lectures then you do not really need a Study Text, but however you choose to study it is essential that you buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA Approved Publishers. It is full of past exam and other exam standard questions for practice after you have completed your studying, and practice is essential to passing the exam.
